费城街道管理局局长克里斯汀·德尔·罗西(Kristin Del Rossi)宣布，6月24日起将临时关闭部分街道并限制停车，以进行重铺工作。以下这些街道的重铺工作将于2024年8月底完成。

- Meadowlark Place, from South 73rd Street to Dead End West
- Kinglet Place, from South 73rd Street to Dead End West
- Bunting Place, from South 73rd Street to Dead End West
- South 73rd Street, from Meadowlark Place to Grays Avenue
- Grays Ave, from South 73rd Street to South 72nd Street
- South 72nd Street, from Paschall Avenue to Buist Avenue
- Lloyd Street, from West Passyunk Avenue to Elmwood Avenue
- Steler Street, from West Passyunk Ave to Teodore Street
- West Passyunk Avenue, from South 72nd to Island Ave
- Teodore Street, from South 71st Street to Lloyd Street
工程分三阶段：铣刨街道、调整沙井盖及水电箱，再铺路。工作分阶段在未来几月进行。铣刨旧沥青预计夜班进行，每条走廊需5晚。井盖及水电箱调整白班进行，每条走廊需2-3天。铺路工作预计夜班进行，每条走廊需3-5晚，视天气而定。摊铺和铣刨作业在上午7时至凌晨4时进行。
在施工开始前，将设立临时“禁止停车”标志。请居民在标志张贴后尽快将车辆移开施工区域，以防车辆被拖移。若车辆不幸被拖走，请尽快联系当地警方查询车辆位置。此外，建议驾驶者在接近施工区域时预留足够的行驶时间。
