Jamie Gauthier（在任）西费城长大，是城市规划师。她曾在 “Local Initiatives Support Corporation”（LISC）工作，并曾担任Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia和Fairmount Park Conservancy的执行董事。

2019年, Jamie Gauthier（在任）击败资深市议员Jannie Blackwell当选议员,惊动费城政坛。此后，她一直积极推动城市立法，提出法案减缓开发项目。她是Committee on Housing, Neighborhood Development, and the Homeless的主席。
