Essential Functions
- Draft the Mayor’s daily and weekly briefing book to be distributed to the Mayor’s Office
- Review the public online scheduling form submissions and organize for weekly review
- Communicate with all event and meeting requestors to obtain additional information using the internal event request and confirmation forms
- Prepare a draft weekly briefing book and daily briefing books
- Complete research assignments as necessary
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking as well as attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
