U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris will attend the APIAVote 2024 Presidential Town Hall in Philadelphia on July 13, 2024. This event, supported by CUS ChineseinUS and other local organizations such as the AAU, aims to increase voter turnout in the AAPI community.

Important Information for Attendees
– Unique QR Codes: Each attendee’s QR code is unique and non-transferable. The name on the QR code must match a government-issued ID.
– Arrival Time: Registration starts at 12:30 PM. All guests must pass through an airport-like security screening and be inside the building by 2:45 PM.
– Security: Prohibited items include aerosols, ammunition, backpacks, drones, firearms, and more. A full list is available in the event notice in your confirmation email.

Transportation Notice
Traffic delays and road closures are expected around downtown Philadelphia on Saturday. I-95 and I-676 may experience rolling closures due to the Vice President’s movements.
