【美华社 – 费城讯】2025年9月29日，费城市人力资源办公室（OHR）宣布，将在整个十月举办多种形式的招聘活动，深入社区，帮助居民了解并申请公职人员职位。本次系列招聘活动旨在为应届毕业生、寻求职业转变的人士以及渴望为社区做出贡献的居民扫清申请障碍，让通往公共服务职业的道路更加清晰、便捷和友好。
本次活动主要包含两种形式：
- 公职人员信息咨询桌（Civil Service Information Tables）： OHR与费城自由图书馆等本地组织合作，将在全市各地的活动中设立咨询点。在这些非正式的交流场合，市民可以：
获取关于公职人员职业问题的解答。
详细了解公职人员招聘的流程。
了解行政、执法、技术工种等多个领域的职位空缺。
获得现场申请协助（现场提供电脑）。 - 移动招聘巴士（The Hiring Bus）： 这是一辆配备了申请工作站和专业人力资源工作人员的移动招聘中心。求职者可以：
浏览当前的职位空缺列表。
获得一步步的申请指导。
直接在巴士上提交职位申请。
向人力资源专家进行面对面咨询并获得实时支持。
公职人员职位基于择优录用，而非人脉关系。市政府提供具有竞争力的薪酬、福利和退休计划。更重要的是，这份工作赋予员工使命感，每一位市政府雇员都在直接参与并塑造费城的未来。
